Since 2019, female business owners in OKC have surged from 24% to 30%, according to Gusto Payroll Solutions, positioning the city as second among the top 10 metropolitan areas with the most substantial growth in women business owners.

These remarkable women include Kati Hanna, partner with The Mettise Group, an executive-level business consulting firm; Monica Smith Griffin, CEO of Reagan Smith, a Tribal and federal project management company; Brenda Jones Barwick, president and CEO of Jones PR, a national integrated communications agency; and Jennifer Krieg, senior partner at St. John, Griffin & Krieg, an energy, environment and Native American law practice.
