Speakers will share personal stories, highlighting the importance of erasing stigmas surrounding mental health, body image and gender norms. The symposium, part of Oklahoma Movement’s mental health advocacy program, offers a safe space for all. Founded by Nina Madsen Puckett, the program merges mental health advocacy with dance.
