Blood clot survivor Carolyn Taylor has raised over $3,000 for the National Blood Clot Alliance ahead of completing a longtime goal: running a half marathon.
Our very own Carolyn Taylor, a contributor to The Oklahoma 100, joins thousands of participants in this weekend’s Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. An avid runner, Carolyn lost the ability to walk overnight in 2021 before learning she had a pulmonary embolism and a 13-inch blood clot in her left leg.
Following a long road of recovery, she celebrates her remarkable milestones by running the half marathon.
