by

Last week, the National Restaurant Association announced its 2017 board. Tulsa’s Jeff Davis will serve as chair. Davis is the first Oklahoman to serve as chairman of the NRA. Davis formerly served as chair of the Arby’s Franchise Foundation and is a current board member of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.

Currently Chairman of the Board at US Beef Corporation, Davis took over as CEO in 1995. He and his father opened their first Arby’s in 1969. US Beef Corporation is the largest franchisee of Arby’s with 340+ restaurants in eight states. The company expects to operate 400 restaurants by 2020.
