Outdoor October by Riversport includes pop-up shops, food trucks, authentic German food and family-oriented fun on Oct. 10, 17 and 24.
Featured events include a pop-up dog park, Oktoberfest food and beer, a screening of the BMX “Rad” and a Thrive Outside weekend offering information on camping, hiking and cooking outdoors.
The Bike Park will be open each weekend with scooters, One Wheels and bikes available to rent. You can also bring your own. The Basecamp Nature Center allows families to see 30 different species of frogs, turtles, spiders, snakes and lizards.
