Oklahoma City Native Yeoman 1st Class (EXW) Cedric Foster was named the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Command Sailor of the Year for 2020.
The Sailor of the Year selection is a prestigious honor and recognizes Sailors who display continuous superior performance, command impact, proven leadership and embody the Navy’s core values.
“Being selected as CNATRA Sailor of the Year means a lot to me, but this is a group accomplishment,” Foster said. “Great leaders and mentors have molded me into who I am.”
