Cashless tolling comes to Oklahoma

by The 100 Companies

Beginning July 25 on the John Kilpatrick Turnpike, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority will convert the turnpike system to cashless tolling, known as PlatePay, for travelers who normally pay with cash.

With PlatePay, a picture is taken of a vehicle’s license plate and then the registered owner of that vehicle will be mailed an invoice. Cash lanes, toll booths and coin machines will soon become a thing of the past.

Every PIKEPASS customer will continue to enjoy the lowest toll rates available. To learn more about the implementation of cashless tolling, visit PlatePay.com, and to open a PIKEPASS account, visit pikepass.com.
