TomTom’s Annual Traffic Index Report, which measures the average time it takes to drive six miles in America’s major cities, was published earlier this month and both Oklahoma City and Tulsa made it to the top 15.
Here are some stats:
• OKC was the sixth quickest commute, coming in at 9 minutes and 39 seconds.
• Tulsa was 12th quickest, with an average commute of 9 minutes and 51 seconds. This is an improvement of 9 seconds from 2023!
• By contrast, New York City and San Francisco have the longest commutes, at 30 minutes and 25.6 minutes respectively.
