OKC-County Health Department (OCCHD) is a data-driven organization, focused on directing resources to areas of our community where the greatest impact can be made. Every few years the Wellness Score is released, providing a summary of community health status.
This living document, intended to communicate health-related information, is divided into 10 categories and represents the foundation of planning and program development for improving health outcomes in our community. OCCHD is committed to working with partners, both traditional and nontraditional, to leverage resources and strategies for improving health.
