What I took away from adding this change to my morning routine:
I feel “full” quicker and for longer.
I’m out the door pretty quickly in the mornings, usually forgetting to eat breakfast and thus scarfing down the first food that comes into sight. But now that my stomach takes in water first, I can eat less for breakfast and still feel full.
It’s a natural detox.
Water naturally flushes out toxins from your body, and I’ve noticed how much better I feel throughout the day.
I stay hydrated.
After I drink one liter, I want more!
