Ashley Jiron recently opened The Taco with a unique twist. A hallway chalkboard is filled with messages from customers contributing to a “pay it forward” system – to make any belly happy regardless of their ability to pay.
ABC’s The Chew featured her mission that began over a year ago and contributed 100 meals with a wall of peanut-shaped messages to honor her homemade peanut butter. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with her tacos and peanut butter banana quesadillas while helping others.
