The Journal Record recently published a story about a new report ranking Oklahoma City at No. 10 among large U.S. cities with the fastest growing housing markets.
Oklahoma is attractive to homebuyers as a result of a growing economy and median home prices that are below the national average.
“More people in the Oklahoma City metro feel confident in their ability to sell their home and find a new one to buy. This is demonstrated by the increase of 500 homes on the market in a single month,” said MLSOK Board President Angelena Harris, according to The Journal Record.
