Higher Education Day at the State Capitol is an annual event that gives students, faculty and staff from Oklahoma’s public colleges and universities the opportunity to meet with legislators and explain the value and importance of higher education in Oklahoma.
Rose State College supported the event by making the trip to the Capitol to visit with legislators.
“Our students are always thrilled to have an opportunity to thank legislators for their support of higher education in Oklahoma,” President Dr. Jeanie Webb said. “We are so fortunate our State Regents remain committed to accessible and affordable public higher education for Oklahomans.”
