Every year on Nov. 11, we get to pay our respects to those who have served our country. This week’s edition of The Oklahoma 100 focuses on honoring America’s veterans for their patriotism, sacrifice and love for this country.
I hope you enjoy the stories from several organizations that are honoring veterans with events and stories, including free admission to all veterans and service members at the First Americans Museum, the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs’ efforts to eliminate suicide among veterans, Reagan Smith honoring one of their own and Rose State College’s continuous support of veteran and military education.
