Great news – the Sales Tax Holiday is coming up! Scheduled for the weekend of Aug. 2-4, this annual occasion waives the 4.5% state sales tax during the holiday dates.
Curious to know what is included in the Sales Tax Holiday? According to The Oklahoman, ” Any clothing or footwear less than $100 is included, but sportswear may not be. Any accessories or clothing designed for ‘athletic activity or protective use’ is not included in the discount, so tax will still be applied on these items.”
