More than 19,000 jobs in Oklahoma require AI skills, a number projected to grow by 21% over the next decade. In response, Rose State College will offer an associate in science degree in artificial intelligence and machine learning technology starting this fall.
Rose State collaborated with Southwestern Oklahoma State University, the University of Oklahoma and the local business community in developing the program as it aims to address the broad impact of AI across industries. Both colleges worked closely on their programs to ensure a seamless transfer for graduates, demonstrating a commitment to preparing students for the evolving AI landscape.
