Creative ways to celebrate a non-traditional Halloween

celebrate a non-traditional Halloween

With COVID-19 still looming, this year’s Halloween will be one to remember as families search for creative ways to celebrate while also following CDC guidelines and social distancing.

Here are a few ways to celebrate:
• Transform your garage into a DIY haunted house by using sheets to separate “hallways.”  Pick up some inexpensive sheets from Goodwill.
• Blend trick-or-treating with Easter egg hunting by hiding candy throughout the house for kids to find instead of going door-to-door.
• Host a virtual costume contest.
• Take your costume to the next level by getting into character during Halloween dinner.
