Goodwill receives grant from Central Community Foundation

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma helps people overcome challenges to employment through the power of work.

Training plays a key part in this mission, and thanks to a grant from the Central Community Foundation, it will be more accessible to Goodwill team members. The grant was used to purchase laptops for training at its Guthrie and Stillwater stores that are within the Central Community Foundation service area.

Central Community Foundation grants are donated by Central Rural Electric Cooperative members who round up their monthly electric bills to the nearest dollar and are allocated for grants that assist Oklahomans in need.
