Oklahoma is now No. 11 in U-Haul’s Growth States list of 2024, jumping 30 spots from its previous position. This significant jump reflects that a substantial amount of people are moving to Oklahoma in search of more affordable living as well as thriving social scenes and a dynamic job market.
“Migration to the Southeast and Southwest continues as families gauge their cost of living, job opportunities, quality of life and other factors that go into relocating to a new state,” said John “J.T.” Taylor, president of U-Haul International, according to liveinokla.com.
