Know your shortcomings. “I need to be surrounded by good accounting people. I am not good at that.”
Know people. “I know a lot of people, and I know a lot about a lot of people. That’s a strength.”
People make the deal. “You can have the greatest concept in the world … but if you don’t have the people, you won’t win.”
