PMg Native, owner’s representative for Margaritaville at River Spirit Casino and Resort, is guiding the owners through their $365 million expansion and renovation along the Arkansas River at 81st and Riverside.
PMg Native plans and executes every step of design and construction. It is their job to help select and manage design, construction and hospitality teams, while keeping the project on schedule and budget.
This has included the permitting process to recapture land along the Arkansas River, receiving FAA approval for the 27-story hotel tower and relocating the streetside pedestrian trail to the new bank of the river.
