This July, I hiked up to Lawn Lake and Crystal Lakes in Colorado — an 18-mile round trip hike peaking at just around 11,500 feet in elevation. At that high altitude and feeling exhausted, I needed an extra “boost.”
Thankfully I brought Boost Oxygen with me — portable oxygen for respiratory support. Fun fact: the air we breathe is just 21% oxygen — and that percentage decreases as altitude rises. When deprived of oxygen, performance of the body can suffer.
If you’re an athlete, 65 or older, traveling to higher elevation soon or enjoy breathing in clean air, I recommend trying Boost Oxygen!
