Named as one of the must-run marathons by Runner’s World magazine, the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon is this weekend. More than 25,000 runners are expected to compete in the six races.
In addition to the traditional 26.2-mile marathon, other races include a half marathon, relay, 5k, Senior Marathon and Kid Marathon. Runners can get up-to-date information on the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon app.
Other events include a Health & Fitness Expo at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, yoga classes, panel discussions, wheelchair races and a Finish Line Festival in Scissortail Park.
All event proceeds benefit the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
