We found another excuse for you to go to a brewery with friends. April 7 is National Beer Day, and several places in the Tulsa area are celebrating. Here are two we are especially excited about:
– Marshall Brewing Company (and Tap room)
– Dead Armadillo Brewery and Taproom (dogs are welcome)
Most people don’t know that April 7, 1933, is the day people became allowed to buy, sell and drink beer containing up to 3.2 percent alcohol. After Roosevelt signed the legislation, he said, “I think this would be a good time for a beer.” We are following his lead.
