On Wednesday, May 19, members of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) assembled for the 2021 REALTOR® Day at the State Capitol to advocate for real estate property laws and regulations that promote property rights.
During the event, REALTORS® met with state legislators for lunch and ice cream at the State Capitol. This annual event gives REALTORS® the opportunity to discuss key issues regarding the real estate business and property rights, like the recently passed and signed HB1148, requested by OAR, which regulates the practice of wholesaling and protects the public.
