Hall Capital, the Oklahoma City-based, family-owned investment company recently announced that its automotive affiliate, The Fred Jones Companies, acquired assets held by California-based Tracy Industries, a parts distribution company servicing Ford and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) dealers.
The strategic acquisition provides access to Ford and FCA dealers in southern California, southern Nevada and Arizona, as well as FCA dealers in The Fred Jones Companies’ existing southern states.
“Tracy Industries is a longtime family-owned operation much like ours — we welcome them to the Fred Jones and Hall Capital family,” said Fred Hall, Chairman & CEO of Hall Capital.
