Home Business Governors Henry and Keating Encourage Bipartisanship

Governors Henry and Keating Encourage Bipartisanship

Progress is made when former governors of different parties agree to share their views on current events. When they agree on issues, it is a home run.

Two very successful Oklahoma governors, Democrat Brad Henry and Republican Frank Keating, were ready to talk at a public affairs client luncheon called When Business, Policy and Politics Collide, hosted by Jones PR.

Both governors agreed that “bipartisanship” should not be a bad word and should be embraced by Oklahoma’s next governor. This is a great guiding principle going into the 2018 elections, when all statewide elected officials will be on the ballot.
