Mornings can be a time we all dread, but they also determine our entire day. Making small changes to your morning routine could make every day a good day.

• Create a routine. Make a routine to follow every morning. It helps you feel accomplished before heading off for the day.

• Give yourself 10 minutes. Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier than you usually do. Give yourself time to breathe and mentally prepare for the day ahead.

• Eat breakfast.
