Tulsa’s Noche Woodfired Grill and Agave Bar claimed a spot on The New York Times’ annual list of America’s 50 Best Restaurants as one of 32 best new restaurants. The restaurant opened in 2023 to embark on a culinary journey inspired by the vibrant food and beverage scene of Mexico City.
Its homemade chips are presented, not with typical salsa, but a puree of black beans and fruity guajillo chiles. Noche features woodfired “fiery” shrimp aguachile, a smoky and complex Yucatan-style pork and an extensive collection of agave-based spirits to bring the flavors and warmth of Mexico to your plate.
