First Americans Museum (FAM) has partnered with Rock the Native Vote for Gen Z: Vote the Future where emerging Indigenous bands will compete in a battle of the bands. Targeted toward 18-24-year-olds, the event provides an opportunity for Gen Z to engage with community organizers and learn more about the importance of voting.
The event will feature live music from Indigenous bands and local food trucks. Gen Z: Vote the Future will occur on Friday, Aug. 26, from 7-10 p.m. at FAM in Oklahoma City. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
