With school season back in full swing, the stress of homework, projects and exams seems to sneak back in the door. Here are some tips to stay at ease during the semester.

• Get a planner. There are plenty of different styles that fit elementary students to soon-to-be college grads. This will help you stay organized and know when major due dates are approaching.

• Develop a support network. Having a close group of friends to turn to for help is essential for students at every age.

• Get enough sleep, eat well and be active. You’ll feel refreshed every morning.
