Lessons I learned from my mom

Mother’s Day is a great opportunity to reflect on the tips and tricks you learned from your mom or motherly figure. Here are some from mine:

Create a gift and card drawer
This was a staple in my house growing up. Try filling yours with items such as fuzzy socks, candles or a manicure kit, and cards good for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.

Always bake treats for the new neighbor
Make your new neighbor feel welcome by baking some treats and leaving a note with your name, address and phone number on it. They could be your new best friend!
