Tulsa is full of famous landmarks, statues and historical sites. Perhaps one of the best known Tulsa landmarks is the Praying Hands statue at the entrance of the Oral Roberts University (ORU) campus.
Standing over 60 feet tall, the statue has become an object of admiration and wonder for visitors from all over the world. The statue was originally placed in front of a medical research center in Tulsa, but in 1980 the statue was moved onto the ORU campus.
