The Dangers of Socialism

After being blacklisted, former Venezuelan Attorney Aleida Velasquez was unable to find work and was forced to flee Venezuela and seek opportunity in America for both her and her young daughter. During her presentation, she will describe the false promises and lies made by socialist politicians and how she witnessed the richest country in Latin America change almost overnight into an impoverished socialist dictatorship. She is bringing her message to America in the hopes that her new country will not experience the same horror that she witnessed in Venezuela.
This event is free and open to the public. It will be at the Western Heights High School auditorium in Oklahoma City on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 3 p.m.
