As women continue to expand their career interests and skills, the number of Oklahoma women in aviation is growing and Oklahoma’s Tech Centers are here to help women gain access to this opportunity-rich field.
Mid-Del Tech Center and Tulsa Tech offer hands-on programs that provide students with authentic opportunities to engage in the work they will be doing when they complete the program and enter the aviation workforce.
There is still work to be done when it comes to increasing access for women in aviation, but these programs offer a solid step forward.
