OKC Scores Another “Big Friendly”

by The 100 Companies

Legendary local ad man Ray Ackerman was right to try and brand Oklahoma City as “The Big Friendly,” and former Thunder player Paul George agrees. The average down payment in OKC is $28,777, the lowest average of any metro area, which makes home ownership possible for a greater range of individuals.
