Esteemed journalist Melanie Phillips will deliver a free lecture on May 7 at Armstrong Auditorium on her incisive perspective on turbulent global conditions.
A British journalist and author, Phillips is widely regarded for her insights on geopolitical affairs and currently writes for the Times of London and periodically appears in the Guardian, Observer and Daily Mail. Phillips has written several books, most notably Londonistan, a 2006 best-seller detailing Britain’s alleged capitulation to Islamist aggression.
The lecture is sponsored by the Philadelphia Trumpet newsmagazine, a free monthly magazine published by the Philadelphia Church of God on the Armstrong College campus.
