Corey Dozier of The Oklahoma 100 visited his elementary school to surprise his former teacher.Â
Rhonda Ellard teaches 5th grade at Cross Timbers Elementary in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Despite living in Cowboy and Sooner Nation, Ellard is a lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Teachers, administrators and former students would tell you Mrs. Ellard was born to teach and impact the lives of children. After a difficult year beating cancer, Mrs. Ellard is cheering for the Buckeyes louder than ever before, except she would miss the Ohio State vs. Oklahoma game.
The Oklahoma 100 and XR tickets orchestrated a plan with Ellard’s school to unknowingly surprise her with tickets. Watch the full video for the emotional surprise.
