He was one of the most innovative Oklahomans. He changed an entire industry on a global scale.
His philanthropic giving that blessed thousands of people will be hard to top. He graciously opened his beautiful Mesa Vista Ranch to many, in order to promote bird hunting, and fortunately, I had the privilege to experience Mesa Vista during Labor Day weekend. Mr. Pickens, Oklahoma thanks you!
