Oklahoma’s most beautiful parks: Tulsa

by
Woodward Park

Tulsa’s famous Peoria Avenue may be home to many beloved restaurants and retail venues, but it also houses one of the state’s most beautiful public gardens.

Woodward Park consists of 45 acres of sprawling lawns, botanical gardens and a stunning arboretum. The conservatory houses plants from across the globe, from desert cacti to Japanese orchids.

The park is also the location for the Tulsa Garden Center, a nonprofit organization that provides horticultural and environmental education opportunities for the community. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or simply an individual who has an appreciation for nature, Woodward Park is worth the visit.
