National Health Education Week is coming up from Oct. 19-23, so it’s a great time to get creative with healthy, Halloween-themed treats. Try these easy snacks at home:
- Banana Ghosts: slice a banana in half and make spooky eyes and a mouth with daubs of chocolate icing.
- Clementine Pumpkins: peel a clementine orange whole and insert a celery stalk into the center to make a yummy pumpkin.
- Spider Cracker Sandwiches: spread two round crackers with cream cheese or peanut butter, insert 8 pretzel sticks for legs and put the sandwich together. Add raisins for the eyes to complete the look!
