Roxy’s Ice Cream Social joined the food truck scene in Oklahoma a few years ago, and its homemade ice cream packed between two original Roxy’s cookies quickly became Oklahoma City’s favorite summer treat. If ice cream sandwiches aren’t for you, try a cone or sundae with one of its classic flavors like salted caramel or strawberries & cream.
Roxy’s now has a store location in the Plaza District and is opening two new locations in OKC this summer.
