Sangria Punch
Directions
● Add 1.5 ounces of SIA Scotch, .5 ounces of Giffard Apricot, .5 ounces of chamomile tea syrup and .75 ounces of lemon juice in large bowl.
● Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
● Serve on ice and with lemon wedge.
Elderflower Strawberry Cocktail
Directions
● Pour 1.5 ounces of SIA Scotch, .5 ounces of elderflower liqueur, .5 ounces of strawberry puree and .75 ounces of lemon juice into shaker.
● Add ice and shake well.
● Strain into a glass and top with a splash of Prosecco.
● Garnish with strawberry.
