Heisman Trophy winners, a country superstar, NFL pros, Orange Bowl officials, more than 100 former players and 1,200 friends saluted former OU Head Coach Bob Stoops. Even OSU Head Coach Mike Gundy sent humorous well-wishes via video.
Stoops embarked on a remarkable 18-year run accumulating a 190-48 record, capturing a national championship, 10 Big 12 titles and nine bowl wins. After unveiling a 10-foot Bob Stoops statue, Toby Keith treated the audience to a concert capped by his hit “Red Solo Cup.”
