3 performances at Armstrong Auditorium you can’t miss

by Michael Polzella

Kicking off 2018 at Armstrong Auditorium is banjo virtuoso Béla Fleck and inventive string quartet Brooklyn Rider on Tuesday, Jan. 16.

The Moscow Festival Ballet follows with a two-night performance Jan. 29-30.

The ballet once again returns to the Armstrong Auditorium stage and opens with the Best of Russian Ballet Gala, commemorating the Moscow Festival Ballet’s commitment to classical work. The following night combines “Romeo and Juliet” and “The Best of Tchaikovsky” with excerpts from “Swan Lake” and “The Sleeping Beauty.”

Don’t forget about world champion Dublin Irish Dance in February.
