Sylvester Stallone lands in Tulsa, prepares to film new Paramount+ series

Filming for the new Paramount+ series “The Tulsa King” has begun in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The star of the show, actor Sylvester Stallone, made his appearance in our state by posting on Instagram last week. Filming in Oklahoma City on March 28 and in Tulsa March 29-30 has come to a close, but be sure to keep an eye out for the star’s reappearance.

Season one is set to premiere on Paramount+ this fall. The series will be about a New York mobster who moves to Oklahoma and faces the task of reestablishing his Italian mafia family in Tulsa.
