Alex Turner of Edmond recently made the news for catching a fish in all 77 counties in Oklahoma. The path towards achieving his goal opened doors for Alex to experience many different types of hands-on learning opportunities.
“Alex has autism and the outdoors have been one of the most effective therapies we have used,” shared Alex’s father, Neil Turner, according to The ADA News.
Alex and his mom, Usha Turner, started a YouTube channel called Okie School of Adventure and Charm, which has videos on a variety of different topics, mostly connected with nature and being outdoors.
