In an unexpected turn of events, Oklahoma teen Gabriella Bonham found herself the proud owner of a 2016 Volkswagen Beetle after attending a stranger’s funeral.
Shortly before her death, Diane Sweeney told her nephew, Rick Ingram, that she wanted to give away her beloved vehicle to someone who attended her funeral.
After Sweeney passed away, Ingram and his cousin, Suzanne Singleterry, reached out to local news outlets to spread the word about her wish. After settling Sweeney’s estate, a raffle was held and Bonham’s ticket was chosen as the winner.
“I’m very grateful for this,” Bonham told Fox News Digital.
