Did you know you can plan a trip to Taos, New Mexico, on a budget?
New Mexico is a tourist destination with local amenities. By booking an Airbnb tiny home and purchasing lift tickets for Taos Ski Valley at our local Costco, we saved over $130. We bought snowboarding gear off the Facebook marketplace and Amazon (saving us $600+ each).
On our way, we bought a case of water (highly recommend so you don’t spend $4 per bottle) to have during the drive. When in town, making friends with locals to learn about happy hours and unique places also proved valuable.
