A new ice cream sandwich shop has opened in Norman. The Baked Bear was founded in San Diego and currently has 19 locations across the country. The shop features monstrous sandwiches constructed from the shop’s own homemade ice cream and homemade cookies.
The shop also offers brownie sandwiches, donut sandwiches or a cookie and brownie combination sandwich. The shop has over a dozen original recipe cookie and ice cream flavors, allowing guests to mix and match their favorite combinations. Before they’re served, the sandwiches can be rolled through delicious toppings such as Fruity Pebbles, Oreo crumbles or mini chocolate chips.
